Sugar Busters Review

Sugar Busters concentrates on reducing food items that are high in sugar. The goal is to eat as little sugar as possible, to allow your body to get rid of excess fat.

The process is quite simple; by eating little or no sugar you decrease the glycemic and insulin levels in your body. At the same time, by eating a reasonable amount of protein (not loads of it like some diets), you increase your glucogen levels, which send the body a message to dispose of fat. Conversely, when you eat sugar, the pancreas lets out an enormous amount of insulin, which tells your body to store fat.

Sugar Busters advocates eating plenty of "good" carbohydrates. These include things like most fruits (apples, oranges, and berries), most high fiber vegetables, and products containing whole grains (i.e. Whole Wheat bread that doesn't contain sugar in the ingredient list).

Meats are also recommended by they should be consumed in lesser proportions. These carbohydrates do not cause your blood sugar level to rise nearly as much as the bad sugars do.

Foods such as potatoes and pasta, white bread and white rice, carrots and corn release high levels of hormone insulin and are thus discouraged. These foods are high in sugar and thus increase the fat of your body.

Along with proper diet, Sugar Busters like many other diet plans advocates high consumption of water daily. Exercising at least 20 minutes a day for 4 days a week is essential.
